Competitions

It's pretty easy to create a competition. Get a fun idea about what people should do, and make them submit their stuff on a wiki-page. Then you create a voting (For example by writing <voting> on a wiki-page and then fill out that poll-form). Ask for help on this page or in a forum. Many want to help, but they need to be told what to do...
