Mine aren't wetproof, they're just slippers that make sure you don't have to walk the floor with bare feet. Also becaus eyour feet don't touch the ground it will make sure you won't get otehr peoples infections. Now for them getting wet with the possibility of infections, I have no sulution but to just dry them afterwards.

They are very light..mine are anyway..
