heh..I actually think it's just funny people write like that
I read a research once where all Dutch words misspelled except the first and last letter of every word (all letters in between were placed differently), and that you could still read it all...
it has nothing to do with netspeak, just that it reformed all the words and for Dutch people still understandable when to foreigners it seems a whole different language.. *chuckles*
