Right now I believe there aren't many people actually making things and the ones that are, are probably non-university-elftown-druggies.

If it's an option to make your diary public for non-members, it could work: you would still need members to actually use that option though...

It's difficult for me to say anything about this, since I have no clue about the whole university, I wish I could be of more aid :(
